Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind, wrong size, or custom errors entered by the customer
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will remake the item at no cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A clear photo of the issue
We do not offer refunds in these cases — only free replacements.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before production begins, usually within 1 hour of purchase. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds unless:

A replacement is not possible for a verified issue
Most cases are resolved with a free replacement or store credit.
